Enjoy delicious tacos and cider made with ingredients sourced from Kotke Ranch and Caudal Fin Farm co-located at Jacoby Creek Land Trust. Enjoy your picnic at marked socially-distanced locations across Kokte Ranch, or take your meal to go in your containers or ours. Pricing is sliding scale to accommodate inclusiveness; pay what you are comfortable with for tacos and cider, additional donations can be made at the event. Proceeds will support habitat restoration of Jacoby Creek for the benefit of native salmonid species and fisheries genetics research into unique species and life history types found in Northern California.
Ingredients sourced from Kokte Ranch and Nature Preserve / Caudal Fin Farm include grass-fed beef shanks, cabbage, carrots, onions, kale, bell and jalapeño peppers, cucumbers, winter squash, apples, cilantro, and Mexican oregano.
